What is a SEAT IN COACH Sightseeing or Transfer (also known as SIC)
SIC transfers mean SEAT IN COACH - you will be provided a seat in a
coach where other passengers will be travelling along with you. This
transportation is economical and operates at conveniently arranged fixed times.
You may have to wait for minimum for 5 - 15 minutes for Seat in Coach
transfers/Sightseeing.
Time allocated to each Sightseeing on the itinerary and rules
pertaining to the same as communicated by the Local Guide/Driver would be final
and binding on all customers in the coach. We recommend our guests to kindly be
present in the lobby and meet the local guide/driver at least 5mins before the
departure time given in your Itinerary. If you miss the coach for any reason,
it will be considered as a NO SHOW and no refund will be available.
Please note your coach may also collect other passengers from various
hotels just like how you joined the coach, and we request your patience and
cooperation for the same. Pick up vehicle and final sightseeing vehicle may
differ in certain times, and you may be expected to change the vehicle in
certain times.
CHECK
IN and CHECK OUT TIMINGS:
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve Check In & Check Out time is applicable.
PORTERAGES/HANDLING
OF LUGGAGE/BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES
Porterage’s
are not included in your quote; it is the responsibility of the traveller to
ensure that their personal luggage is taken care of.
Baggage
Allowance - All
transfers are based on travellers carrying a maximum of ONE Check in bag and
ONE small handbag each. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform and
check with us if they plan to carry extra luggage. Since the same may entail
supplement charge for a larger vehicle. Incase the guest choose not to inform
us and arrive with extra luggage additional charges as applicable on the ground
and subject to larger vehicle availability will be applicable.
CREDIT
CARD/CASH DEPOSIT
You
may be required to present a credit card or give a cash deposit to the hotel at
the time of check in for Security purpose & incidental depending on hotel
to hotel. The hotel will pre-authorize the credit card. And if cash is paid,
the same will be refunded at the time of check out
AMENDMENT
/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If circumstances make you to amend or
cancel our package, the amendment/ cancellation must be intimated to us in
writing. Services once confirmed will attract amendment/cancellation charges
depending on the hotel booked, which will be intimated at the time of
amendment/cancellation request. There will be no refund for hotels booked under
Non-Refundable conditions and last-minute cancellation due to any reasons.
